William Dennis

COO

Will is co-founder and COO at AYCE Capital. He focuses on supporting owners in various business operations spanning HR, compliance, accounting, procurement, and insurance. Prior to co-founding AYCE, Will worked in various roles across insurance, corporate finance, business development, accounting, operations, and financial regulation.

Liam Woodside

VP - M&A

Liam is the VP of M&A at AYCE Capital. He focuses on financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction document preparation. He has prior experience in M&A advisory, financial modeling, and FP&A for a renewable energy firm.

Fadi Syoufi

Director

Fadi Syoufi has a background in public accounting, where he worked with a wide range of corporate clients. Before launching his own successful bookkeeping business, he advised on complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and fractional sales.
